Founded to make the most of opportunities in the market, Tri7 has proved that we can identify assets where real value can be added in the short and medium term.

Our Story

Who We Are

We are a specialist UK Real Estate investment and asset management firm. We came together in 2018 to identify opportunities where we could apply our expertise to deliver substantial returns and added value.

With substantial private equity investment and bringing together decades of experience in real estate, we acquire assets with untapped potential and deliver strategic asset management that increases values and drives returns.

We are ambitious, and focused, to deliver our business plan, with a proactive and creative approach to capitalise on under-utilised assets and enhance value within the UK’s real estate markets.

Strategy

Tri7’s main investment strategy is to acquire opportunities across the UK, identifying sites and assets where an uplift in value can be achieved in the short to medium term through astute asset management.

We take a proactive approach to the dynamic and rapidly changing UK real estate market. We constantly review our processes and our assets to identify where we can add value at every step, including through planning, development, lease up and re-leasing strategies, individual asset repositioning and portfolio aggregation and break ups.

What makes our approach successful is our ability to identify and acquire new assets, and then deliver a business plan that extracts maximum value. We source opportunities through an extensive network of agents, fund managers and our own database, meaning we’re always on top of the market, including pricing and trends within it. We also adopt a hands-on, creative approach to asset management that provides income resilience and growth to drive every asset’s individual performance.
