Ben was previously a Director at Blue Coast Capital, where he acquired value add and opportunistic investments across the UK. Prior to this Ben worked for Columbia Threadneedle where he was responsible for sourcing, analysing and transacting property investments for a number of pooled UK balanced funds and private equity vehicles.

Ben has transacted in excess of £1bn of UK commercial property deals, whilst also benefitting from Asset Management and Agency experience, having started his career with Savills. He holds two Masters degrees and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
